Detailed description of each component of linear screen:
1, screen box: made of several kinds of steel plate welding of different thickness, with a certain strength and stiffness, is the main part of the screen machine.
2, mesh, screen: mesh is divided into wood and metal two materials, mainly used to keep the screen flat, to achieve normal screening.
3. Vibration motor (Please refer to the operation manual of vibration motor for the use and maintenance method).
4, vibration body: installation of vibration motor, before the use of the connection screw must be tightened, especially three days before the trial of the new screen machine, must be repeatedly tightened, so as to avoid loosening caused by accidents.
